Anil Kapoor came to know about it when he recently arranged a private screeing of his ambitious venture Gandhi My Father, which marks Anil debut as a producer. Either from Anil’s family or the industry has even seen a still of his flick,Hollywood hottie Smith as among the privileged few who saw some portions of the film at a Hollywod screeing held to attract overseas distributors. Will impressed with canvas of the film and the emotional intensity of the actors.The most suprising factor was that Smith was very knowledgeable about Gandhiand his ideas. He told Anil that he had alsp seen Richard Attenborough’s version and that he realy belived in Gandhi. He too said that he found him very inspiring.
