Bobby Deol is excited as he has signed four films and which are lined up for release in the forthcoming months. Yash Chopra’s Jhoom Barabar Jhoom,Anil Sharma’s Apne, Sameer Karnik’s Nanhe Jaisalmer and Abbas Mustan’s Naqeeb. But the film which is closet to his heart is Apne. Bobby is nervous for his Apne than other films because it is first time that all the character were working together and this made them emotional.
Bobby thinks that his father is very humble person and helpful to his co-actors.Bobby learned many things from him on his sets during since childhood. The one thing he noticed that his father was always improvising on the sets.
Bobby says that “well,I was very nervous on the sets working with papa as everyone know how he is.”
Though Bobby is not playing a rock star but a character who is making Bobby rock star is the music world. The film is about a father who couldn’t fulfil his dreams in life and hopes that his children can do so. The film is basically about sacrificing for each other. That’s why it is called Apne!
Bobby says”The film later leads my character to becoming a boxer.So I had to learn how to keep my hands together,how to punch and how to block the face. The thing I did is trained some basic tricks that’s it.”
